Number & Algebra

In this workshop participants consider and further strengthen their practice in the teaching of Number & Algebra.

As a learning community, participants explore current mathematical research, including the role of numeracy proficiencies. Contemporary pedagogical approaches to learning and learning design provide a framework for this two day workshop.

Participants have opportunities to further deepen their understanding of students' developmental progression of growth in number and algebra, what this looks like in practice and how to progress the varying needs of all learners in authentic, practical and evidence based ways.
