About Us

EdPartnerships International was established to work at the forefront of educational leadership and learning excellence through partnership approaches.

Our partners appreciate the opportunity to co-design professional learning, leadership development, research and evaluations to suit their needs. We identify and pursue visionary yet concrete approaches that result in more powerful and sustainable ways to learn.

Our approach connects and embeds professional learning and leadership development into the everyday roles and work of teams and leaders who partner with us. While we mainly partner with the education community, our partnering has also extended into the community, government and philanthropic sectors.

Our educational partnering includes leaders at system, region, network and school levels.

Meet Our Team

Together we design a way forward that:

  • Analyses local contexts (learning from and with others) before taking action
  • Draws on rigorous research and contemporary innovations to further define and clarify aspirations
  • Carefully monitors evidence of impact and success as new actions are trialed
  • Engages all concerned in respectful observation, dialogue and reflection.
