Bastow Create Program for Teacher Leaders

An innovative program, now it its third year, that draws upon the latest international research on Teacher Leadership.

Our approach attends to the key Learning Focus Areas of:

  • Leading & Understanding Self
  • Investigating and Understanding Contexts
  • Leading & Inspiring Others
  • Initiating & Achieving Change

Teacher leaders develop in their confidence and understanding of how to lead their teams to improve student learning. They broaden their repertoire of practices to lead the professional learning of their colleagues and apply their new learning as they design and lead a change endeavour in their schools.
