Coaching and Mentoring

All members of our team are skilled in leading coach and mentor development as well as being coaches and mentors to educational leaders and teachers.

We have designed and led a number system wide programs to build understanding and capability in coaching and mentoring. This includes the Building the Capacity of Professional Learning Leaders Program which had a strong mentoring and coaching component, Victorian Literacy Coaching Development Program and Teaching and Learning Coaches Development Program.

We currently partner with DET and VIT to provide the Teacher Mentor Support Program and since 2013 have worked with over 2000 school and early childhood professionals. Our team authored the Victorian Department of Education's Reflective Guide to Mentoring which is a key resource for all mentors of Graduate Teachers.
