Reframing Challenging Conversations

Why is it that I experience some people as challenging to work with?

This 2-hr workshop explores why we might describe some people as difficult to work with through a process of self-reflection and small group dialogue. Drawing on experiences from the group we provide different practical ways that enable us to reframe the way we think about difficult people and approach challenging conversations.

Questions to be explored:

  • Why is it that I experience some people as difficult to work with?
  • What influences what we feel and experience?
  • How can we reframe what is going on and what does this offer us and others?

Fully program details to follow. Workshops series begins in term 2.
