Workshop Series: Creating the conditions for robust cultures of learning

This workshop series offers colleagues an opportunity to explore areas of interest over a 2 x 90min spaced workshops. These are designed using the EdP workshop structure and are easily translated into staff meetings, PLT, PLC or whole school curriculum days. The workshops attend both to the content and to the design and facilitation processes so that participants are well equipped to facilitate similar experiences for school colleagues. The following workshops are on offer in 2022:

Observing to Learn: How could we strengthen observing to learn in our school contexts?

Partnering to Learn: How could a partnering to learn approach strengthen learning relationships in our school communities?

Reframing Challenging Conversations: Why is it that I experience some people as challenging to work with?

Strengthening Teams: How might we strengthen our team collaboration as we strive for teaching and learning excellence?

Learning Conversations with Young People & Families: How might we strengthen our culture of belonging and connectedness in our learning community?
